loud heater.
The Snow Cap Lodge looks beautiful, modern and comfortable. The staff is helpful. There wasn't much noise that came in from the hallway, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed that looked really comfortable - thick, pillow top mattress, down blankets - turned out to be just the opposite. Between the uncomfortable bed and heater that rattled quite noisily, I didn't get a good nights sleep. We paid or two nights, but only stayed one because of these problems. Family with Teens
The staff was courteous enough. Dirty towels and unflushed toilet greeted us. Alarm was previously set for 4:45 AM, unknown by us but also received a wake-up call at 4:50 AM, that we did not request. Hotel was clean, had microwave and fridge. Room was relatively large and had working table for laptop. Easy access to room from parking lot. Stayed two nights but room was not serviced after first night for some reason. Had to ask for linens for second night and they were promptly delivered. Overall positive experience. ...read more

Great stop-over spot. Comfortable, clean and attractive. Nicely decorated, up-to-date public spaces and rooms. Staff seemed hard-working and friendly. Free breakfast in the morning had many healthy options, and the coffee was surprisingly good. ...read more

Large 2 queen room, fairly clean. Heating/air conditioning unit was very loud, making it difficult to get a good nights rest.

Best Western Snowcap Lodge is well located for a weekend cross-country ski trip and has a great hot tub for after-ski.

Family with Teens
A little noisy due to the freeway - beautiful, clean room with many updates. Bed very comfortable. A larger bathtub is needed but fine for a person only showering.
